Supply Chain

Total Regen Supply chain overview & application

Total Regeneration take the selection of their subcontractors extremely seriously. Our supply chain database contains subcontractors from all trades within the industry, some of which have enjoyed repeat working relationships with us over a number of years.

Our internal policies ensure the right subcontractors are selected for any particular project, taking into consideration previous experience, safety records, geographical location, insurances and relevant accreditations.

Untilisation of our supply chain certainty and value for money, but also to provide both the client and the contractor the total confidence there will be no compromise to health and safety, programming and overall relationships.

We partner on a 1 to 1 basis with many of our supply chain, whereby early involvement helps to overcome any design problems or concerns, early value engineering opportunities and resolutions to provide the client with the most competitive and cost-effective bid.

Subcontractors wishing to work with Total Regeneration Group must complete our PQQ which will be reviewed and if appropriate, added to our supply chain database.
